Nate stands at the top of Rainbow Falls after belaying me from above.
This was a particularly challenging climb. I managed to fall once while attempting to climb the big icicle without breaking it. I finally had to chip little steps into it to provide more secure footing.
Ice comes flying down as Nate clears a route for climbing.
After we climbed the little route above, we climbed up rainbow falls again and then hiked upstream. I marked some weak ice by making a big hole in it. Fortunately I didn't get too wet. Here is Nate climbing a little waterfall.
