Christmas Cats

For those of you who like kitties...

I thought Tigger looked so pretty on this green tissue paper. Both cats eventually attacked the paper. It makes us laugh.

Here they are on Christmas morning. They were really curious when we were opening gifts.

Shadow was eyeing this giraffe ornament.

Both of the cats left the tree alone most days, but there were times when Tigger would scratch on the trunk of the tree. One time I was napping on the recliner near the tree and Tigger scratched on the trunk. Turns out he just wanted to get my attention because his food dish was empty. Ha!

Merry Christmas!!!

Quent and I took a short walk Christmas morning and took some pictures.

We enjoyed a delicious turkey dinner and friendship afterwards that evening.

Birthday Party

My (Christina's) birthday was on the 23rd. We had a party and it was a lot of fun! We had spaghetti for dinner, pumpkin roll for the cake, and then some chocolate fondue!

Cookies

We made sugar cookies one night. Quent was the photographer. Nathan rolled and cut out the cookies. And I baked them.

Gingerbread Houses

I went to my friend Joy's house for dinner one night and afterwards the kids made gingerbread houses. I had fun watching them make the houses and eat the candy!

Grace making her beautiful creation.

Yes, every once in awhile we "torment" our cats. Ha!

Tigger is checking out a new ornament!

Is that Santa? Does he have catnip?

Making Ornaments

We made these ornaments with my (Christina's) family a few years ago. I thought it would be fun to make them again.

Christmas Tree

Yesterday we went Christmas tree hunting!

Last year our tree was very wide, so it's a change to have a "skinny" tree this year. I think it's beautiful!
