Quent is part of a leadership program. His first training session was in Salt Lake City, Utah. The temperature were in the 90's when he was there. Poor guy! He was able to enjoy some thunderstorms, too. He said the training sessions were excellent.
Here is the group he is part of for the leadership program. They will be keeping in touch over the year and will see each other at the other sessions. He said he has enjoyed this group!
