We all made reservations at the River Song Lodge for one night. It was the last weekend it would be open before the winter season. It's an old building with lots of history. The creaking wood floors looked like they had been painted over with glossy paint probably 20 times. We had a shared bathroom. A little mouse critter visited during the night. The food was good and we were able to take one last shower. It was a really neat experience.
This map is old...it was really interesting to look at and see how much the borders and names have changed over the years.
