We stopped at a small beach to check out the petroglyphic (is that even a word?) rock. I'm not too impressed with petroglyphs. I thought these rock carvings were ugly...like really ugly. Doesn't that look like an ugly baby bird? No one was sure if there are even valid carvings.
And in case if you couldn't find the rock if it happened to be buried, you could find it 10 paces from this tree and dig for it.
Dave's poor boat had some injuries after it was towed up the river the day before.
