Arctic Morning

The camp cooks; Quent and Pat did the cooking on this trip. Sara and I decided that we are clueless when it comes to camp cooking. (At least that's our excuse) We had a hearty breakfast of non-typical camp foods such as scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon.

Pat and Quent probably discussing something important. Ha! Sara and I wore headnets. The bugs weren't bad at all, but the few that were sticking around were annoying enough for us to look classy for the tour buses pulling up to get their pictures taken in front of the sign.

This gray jay was brave! It kept on flying down to the low branches around our table and even onto the table to see if we had any crumbs for it. We thought it was hilarious when it landed on top of the frying pan. It was almost part of our breakfast!

All of us in front of the very popular sign.
