I was hoping to get some nice sunrise photos but the cloud seen on the right hand of this photo was slow to clear. In fact, it dropped almost a half inch of snow on my sleeping bag overnight.
The sun and clouds aligned perfectly to illuminate the golden grasses of Farm Island. The
serpentine Stikine delta is visible during low tide.
Trapped between a cloud and the fog. The sun was making the coastal range pop.
My comfy overnight camp. I almost had company for the first time this winter. One of my friends snowshoed up to the High Country Shelter and was at the top at 1:30 in the afternoon. I started my third and last run at 1pm. Should have stayed a little longer.
