Christmas...this was 5 months ago. Oops!
The day before Christmas, Jeralyn and Joshua started to get sick. Natasha had been sick after she arrived. And then the germs continued to be shared. I'm starting to wonder if getting together with family in the winter-time is even a good idea, especially when children are involved. It's like a petri dish and it's not pretty.
We got up on Christmas morning, ready to have Christmas cheer and festivities, but then most spent the day feeling sick. Not cool.
Because of living in our temporary house, we had no Christmas tree and no decorations. We did buy a few things to make it somewhat festive, but really, it was bare as far as decorations went. But the kids enjoyed it despite all of that. Joshua was excited to see all of the presents.
