This is a picture Quent took while he was at his training. Looks like some kind of surveying.
One evening we drove to the Grand Canyon with Reid and Mishelle. Reid works for the Forest Service in Ketchikan and he was at the same training Quent was at. This was the first time I (Christina) had met them.

This picture was taken in one of the buildings near the South Rim of the canyon.
The Grand Canyon is amazing, but just driving into the park, looking over the rim, and then leaving is not the way to see it. You have to truly experience the canyon by hiking down into it. We were really thankful we got to see the canyon again. I knew I'd see it again someday!
