Could he be any cuter? I took several pictures of Tigger taking a bath, but I saved the tongue ones just for the blog.

Parade Part 1 7.4.2010
Once one experiences a Wrangell 4th of July, it's hard to celebrate our freedom in any other place. We spent about a week in Wrangell, soaking in the rain in another part of Southeast Alaska, visiting our friends, and enjoying the festivities.
This is just part of the food palette we get to enjoy on the 4th of July at the Edens home!

Joy and Christina before the parade started. I don't remember it raining, but it might have sprinkled beforehand.

I can't think of a better place for us to be on the 4th of July. We love our Wrangell family and friends!

Wait for it 7.4.2010
Last year when we were waiting for the fireworks to start, Ander would keep on saying, "Wait for it...wait for it..." And then when the first firework exploded, he was totally into the show! It was SO much fun watching it with Ander and Clara! We didn't want to miss that this 4th of July, so we found ourselves on their beautiful deck watching the fireworks display. Hours before I found them already in their spots, anxious and waiting for the fireworks display. The fireworks start at 11:00 pm since they have to wait for it to get dark.
