Before heading back to the campground we stopped at Fort Wilkins in Copper Harbor, Michigan (dat's in the U.P., aye?). We had been there years before, so we were familiar with it. We enjoyed walking through the buildings and reading up on our history.
This was a view from the campground we stayed at. The evening light was so beautiful! There weren't too many camping as it still felt like winter (ha!). I believe we were one of three campers this particular night.
