The aptly named Red Canyon, located not far from Bryce, showed its brilliant colors even under the clouds.
This is another look at Red Canyon.
We set up camp at Ruby's, located just outside Bryce, and then drove out to the end of the road as the sun was sinking down on the horizon. The formations of Bryce are in the foreground and the formations Grand Staircase/Escalante National Monument make up the background.
