Cheesy 4.15.13

So we were just outside enjoying a beautiful evening together.  Jeralyn in her swing.  Mama pushing her.  Daddy pulling weeds.  When all of a sudden...cheesy smiles appeared!

So serious...so I said, "Smile!"  And so she did...

Crinkled nose!

Hee, hee!

Could she get any cheesier?  I just love her!

Heli Ski 4.13.13

Here are some pictures Quent took during their day of heli-skiing.  Which means they were dropped off on some mountains by helicopter, and then skied, and then were picked up by helicopter later.  Fun stuff!  Beautiful pictures!  They had a great time!

Juneau Cousins 4.11.13

We went to Juneau for about 5 days to visit with the other Smith's and so Quent could take his 8-hour PE exam at the university.  We enjoyed visiting with our family, watching the cousins play, and having fun playing Settler's of Catan and going out for pizza!

Expressions 4.4.13

Some of these photos may seem redundant, but there are a few of her expressions I wanted to display.  There are times when her expression reminds me of me when I was little, and then there are moments I see Quent...or Quent's sister Natasha.

Shadow love 4.3.13

 Shadow is getting more and more brave around Jeralyn.  She is so very gentle with Jeralyn, but she's still not too sure about her so most of the time she keeps a safe distance.  It was fun to capture them together on the couch.

Paula 4.1.13

Our friend Paula from Wrangell was here for a short visit.  She and Jeralyn enjoyed their time together!  And it was great to catch up on life.  We will see her again soon!

Egg Painting 4.1.13

I was a little late with the egg decorating.  And lazy.  Oops!  I boiled maybe 6 eggs and called it good.  Ha!  And instead of dyeing eggs, we painted them.  They didn't turn out pretty, but she had fun!

And then she painted her forehead.  *smile*
