A field of white Christmas trees.
This is the trunk of the tree on the right side of the previous frame.
When I crested the ridge I was treated to this spectacular scene. The Pacific was glowing like an internally lit sapphire, surrounded by pure white.
While all your photos of winter, snow, trees, and skies in your area of the world are wonderful, this photo is surreal! It's like being perched on the edge of the world. Thanks for sharing your vison/s.
