The middle part of our time in Michigan in the summer of 2018 involved spending time with Grandma Smith "up north" in Michigan.
Grandma had these funny glasses for the kids to wear. They thought it was hilarious.
They played outside on the swingset...
...and on the trampoline...
...eating juicy watermelon...
...playing with kittens...
...and picking sticky green beans from the garden.
Jeralyn's 7th birthday was celebrated three times while we were in Michigan. This was the first at Grandma Smith's house. Grandpa was in Africa at this time. We had just missed him.
And then after a few days we went back to my mom's house and we had a difficult time getting all of the children to smile and look at the camera at the same time.
