We had a nice 20mph SE wind on St. Patty's Day. Perfect for eagles to soar near Mount Dewey. Too bad I didn't figure out how to get a decent shot until later. These are a couple of my beter photos. 
The eagles would circle right in front of me and sometimes directly above me. 
Used a polorized filter to capture the blue skies.
Tinted mountain.
