Friends 3.17.15

My friend Samantha and I swap kids (babysitting) every other week for a couple of hours.  It's fun because they all play and are pretty entertained with one another.

And then after not having any snow this winter, it snowed!  Joshua was interested in the snow so we let him venture outside.

After this point he started fussing (realized that it was cold).

He had a great party!  It's hard to believe that he's already a year old!

Joshua's 1st Birthday Part I 3.14.15

Joshua's first birthday was March 18th, but we had his birthday party on the 14th.  We invited some friends and enjoyed a puppy dog themed birthday party.  He likes puppy dogs because of the puppy dog he sleeps with in his crib.  The color theme was black, red, and blue.

I made him his own special, extra frosting cupcake that was his "smash cake".  He wasn't sure what to think of at first, but he very soon tasted the sweet flavors.  He demolished and ate...and then I hosed him off with the shower sprayer in the bathtub.  Fun stuff!

Everyone else's cupcakes had fondant puppy dog paw prints on top.
